SBA Interim Final Rule

The largest emergency stimulus package in the history of the United States was approved by the Congress and signed by President Trump on Friday, March 27. Most of the provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) are effective for a limited time and expire in the 2020 calendar year.

Members of Nutter’s Banking and Finance, Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate Finance, Labor and Employment, and Tax practice groups will share insights on what you need to know right now about the CARES Act. We will offer attendees the opportunity to present questions during the webinar, and will allocate time for responses at the end of the presentation.

Topics include:

  • $350 billion Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
  • Programs to expand lending to small and mid-size businesses in conjunction with Federal Reserve
  • Expansion of unemployment insurance relief
  • Tax relief
  • Commercial and real estate finance implications
