Will Bernat, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department, co-chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies Group, and co-lead of the firm’s Food and Beverage Group, will present at the next “Biz + Bites Lunch Series: Demystifying Term Sheets.” The roundtable discussion will focus on the common practices, pitfalls, and market terms for early stage angel and venture capital term deals.
