Overview

Ana M. Allec is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. She focuses her practice on estate planning, trust administration, probates, and inheritance disputes. Ana also assists beneficiaries asserting their rights and fiduciaries in administering trusts and estates.

Ana serves as secretary of the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers (EBTEL) and is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. A native of Peru, she is fluent in Spanish.

She gained legal experience as a judicial fellow for now-retired Judge Sugiyama in the Contra Costa County Superior Court Probate Department. Ana also clerked for Estudio Jorge Avendaño in Lima, Peru.

During law school, Ana served as managing editor of the Environmental Law Journal.
