Seth Berman, who leads Nutter’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, and David Ferrera, who chairs the firm’s Product Liability practice group, penned an article for Bloomberg Law that explores how medical devices are moving to the Internet of Things, presenting cybersecurity concerns for patient information and data.
