David Ferrera, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group, and Ritika Bhakhri, an associate in the Litigation Department, wrote an article on noteworthy product liability rulings in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. In the article, “2024 saw courts in Massachusetts issuing number of significant product liability holdings,” David and Ritika analyzed several important product liability decisions issued by Massachusetts courts in late 2023 and 2024.
