Sara Goldman Curley, deputy chair of Nutter’s Private Client Department, served as the update author to the November 2023 release to the third edition of Estate Administration in Massachusetts: A Handbook with Forms. Published by LexisNexis and authored by Michael Riley, this single volume is a practical guide to the administration of decedents’ estates in Massachusetts. The law governing decedents’ estates in Massachusetts experienced the greatest single change in its history on March 31, 2012, when the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code became effective with respect to decedents’ estates. The third edition, which is updated annually, reflects the new system and contains more than 70 filled-in forms.
