David L. Ferrera, chair of the Product Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation practice group, served as the editor of the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.’s (MCLE) 2014 supplement to Massachusetts Courtroom Advocacy. With contributors from both the plaintiff’s and defendant’s bar, the publication addresses each phase of the trial process, with close attention to fundamental technique and the tactics used by experienced litigators to maximize their success in the courtroom. In addition to providing editorial guidance in the development of the 2014 supplement, David has co-authored the publication’s chapter on “Cross-Examination” since its original publication date in 2005.
