Bob Fishman and David Libardoni Update Chapter in the MCLE Zoning Manual

Bob Fishman, a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department and chair of the firms’ Development, Land Use, and Permitting practice group, and David Libardoni, an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department and member of the firm’s Development, Land Use, and Permitting practice group, recently updated Chapter Six of the MCLE Zoning Manual. Their update addressed non-confirming uses and structures and will serve as the written materials for Bob’s presentation at the MCLE Zoning Program on January 23, 2018.
