Seth Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and a leader of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, addressed upcoming GDPR compliance standards in Nutter Insights. Seth discussed how broadly the European Union’s GDPR Law will reach and what types of companies will be affected; what hurdles businesses that need to become GDPR compliant will have to overcome; and the consequences companies will face if they aren’t compliant.
