NWHL players representing the Boston Pride, Buffalo Beauts, Connecticut Whale, Metropolitan Riveters, Minnesota Whitecaps, and expansion Toronto Six will compete in the NWHL’s 2021 season and postseason from January 23 through February 5, with all games played at the historic Herb Brooks Arena in Lake Placid. The NWHL semi-finals and finals on February 4 and February 5, and the presentation of the 2021 Isobel Cup, will be broadcast live on NBC Sports Network, the first-ever women’s professional hockey games to air on a major national cable network in the United States. All other games of the NWHL 2021 Season will be broadcast live on Twitch, a leading live streaming platform.

The NWHL matters related to the reorganization and 2021 Season have been handled by Jonathan Calla, with assistance from Emily Grannon Fox on employment matters; Melissa Sampson McMorrow on tax and nonprofit matters; Liza Hadley, Mark Leonardo, and Pat Concannon on intellectual property and licensing matters; and Kelly Dutremble and Kate Henry on corporate matters.
