Nutter is proud to announce that its focus on women’s leadership initiatives to provide internal and external professional growth within our firm and the broader legal community was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

In its “In the Lead: Best Women-Led Law Firms” special supplement, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly profiled firms supporting women lawyers so that they can thrive professionally. The feature highlighted Nutter’s “Women-in-Law” program aimed at hosting events to build relationships and a mentoring circles program to bring attorneys together for informal advising that will launch this year. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly also spotlighted Nutter’s increased parental leave and reimbursement for adoption and fertility treatment.
