Nutter is proud to announce that the firm has been selected to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's list of the "Best Women-Led Law Firms" for the third consecutive year. The program recognizes the contributions of women-led firms across Massachusetts.

In its "In the Lead" special supplement, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly highlighted the breadth of women's leadership across the 147-year-old firm. Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly pointed to the firm's continued momentum in 2026: two of Nutter's three newly elevated partners were women, two women partners were elected to the Executive Committee, and the firm's summer associate class was entirely female for the second time in three years.

The supplement also spotlighted Nutter's Women in Law program, which provides resources and events for female attorneys, and its opt-in Mentoring Circles, which connect attorneys across experience levels and practice groups. All women at the firm hold membership in the Women's Bar Association, and Nutter's female attorneys build cross-industry networks through the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Women's Leadership Program and Boston's Future Leaders initiative.
