Mike Scott, co-managing partner of Nutter, was quoted in the Boston Business Journal, addressing how hospitality, restaurant, and retail tenants are dealing with the shutdowns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the article, titled, “’All the dominos fall’: Business debts cause a cascade of loss,” Mike said, “As we talk to our clients, they’re all doing sensitivity analyses, contingency planning, trying to figure out, ‘if this happens, I have to make this move.’ One thing’s for sure – everybody’s conserving cash. That is affecting everybody’s P&Ls. Even the office tenants are talking about that.”
