Mariel Smith, an associate in Nutter’s Litigation Department, was named a 2026 “Up & Coming Lawyer” in recognition of her professional achievements and exceptional civic and community engagement by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Mariel will be recognized at the annual “Excellence in the Law” event on March 24.
Each year at the “Excellence in the Law” awards, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly celebrates Up & Coming Lawyers and honorees for excellence in pro bono, marketing, firm administration, and paralegal work.
