Bill Kennedy and Dan Mulhern, co-chairs of Nutter’s Government Affairs and Public Policy practice, discuss their longstanding relationship in Law360. Now pillars of the Boston legal community, Bill and Dan met twenty-five years ago at Suffolk University Law School as professor and student and note that their differences in experience and perspective allows for expanded services. In the article, “At Nutter, Old Guard Meets New In Expanded Gov’t Practice,” Kennedy said, “Dan and I share a commonsense approach to problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to obtaining favorable outcomes for our clients … However, our experience in practice and in government is different and expands our ability to serve our clients and colleagues.”
