Nelson Apjohn and Melanie Woodward, partners in Nutter’s Litigation Department, served in key roles in the development of MCLE’s Massachusetts Superior Court Civil Practice Manual (7th Edition 2025). Nelson served as editor and Melanie authored the chapter on dispositive motions.
According to MCLE, “The Massachusetts Superior Court Civil Practice Manual is a cornerstone of MCLE's civil litigation collection. It has been cited by judges, referenced by hundreds of lawyers, and relied upon for solid and practical guidance through the stages of a case, from pre-trial to post-trial procedures.”
