Will Bernat Discusses BrewDog’s Big Bet Campaign in Brewbound

In the article, “BrewDog Halts Big Bet Plan to Gamble Investors’ Money,” Will notes that there were a lot of potential issues with the campaign. “To me, it’s less of an equity crowdfunding plan than it is a sweepstakes. Each state has separate laws governing lotteries, gambling, sweepstakes, and it’s a big undertaking to survey all of the states where your investors might be located,” he said.
