Nutter hosted the Environmental Business Council (EBC) of New England’s program with EEA Secretary Richard K. Sullivan Jr. and US EPA Regional Administrator H. Curtis Spalding on May 11. Mary Ryan, a member of the firm’s Environmental Law practice group and a member of the EBC Board of Directors, provided opening remarks and introduced the speakers, who discussed the Commonwealth's environmental and energy program plans as well as the regional environmental priorities for the US EPA.
