The law firm of Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP announced today it has expanded its Practice Development team with the hire of Jay T. Wager as Director of Business Development.

Wager is a seasoned business development professional with experience in law and consulting firms who joins Nutter from Edwards Wildman where he was Director of Business Development. He previously handled business development at Wolf Greenfield. Wager will be involved with client development in all of the firm’s legal practice areas and will work closely with Nutter’s marketing team. “I am very pleased to be joining Nutter,” said Wager. “The firm has an excellent reputation as a leading Boston firm and I look forward to being part of its future growth.”

Wager is Past President of the Legal Marketing Association-New England Chapter and was Vice President and Information Officer of the organization prior to that. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
