Nutter and Mirus Capital Advisors co-hosted the breakfast seminar “Maximizing Opportunities in Today’s M&A Market” on October 8. The panel reviewed the current M&A market including a discussion of the deals getting done, opportunities for both buyers and sellers, and a review of how to prepare your business for sale. Jim Dawson, a member of the firm’s Business practice, and Deborah Manus, chair of the Trusts and Estates practice, served as panelists.
