Nutter advised LINTEC USA Holding, Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Japan-based LINTEC Corporation (TYO: 7966), in its acquisition of VDI, LLC, a functional film manufacturer headquartered in Kentucky. The legal team consisted of Elizabeth Norman, and Crescent Moran Chasteen, partner and Of Counsel in the firm’s Tax Department, respectively.
