Nutter Partner Ken Berman Elected to Council of ABA’s Section of Litigation

Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP announced today that Kenneth R. Berman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and co-chair of its Business Litigation practice group, has been elected to the Council of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation at the ABA’s Annual Meeting in Chicago. The election is effective August 2015. Berman will serve for a three-year term. The Section of Litigation is the largest specialty section of the American Bar Association.

Berman co-chairs Nutter’s Business Litigation Practice Group. He is a highly regarded, seasoned litigator who represents clients in complex business and commercial cases, intellectual property disputes, corporate and partnership litigation, and land use litigation. Active in the ABA for many years, Berman is a member and former co-chair of the Corporate Counsel Committee of the Litigation Section and of the Litigation Section’s Business Torts Committee. He is also a member of the Section’s Intellectual Property Committee, Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, and Trial Practice Committee.
