Marianne Ajemian guest lecturer on Permanent and Mezzanine Loan Agreements and Intercreditor Agreements at the MIT Center for Real Estate

Marianne Ajemian, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance practice, will be a guest lecturer on Permanent and Mezzanine Loan Agreements and Intercreditor Agreements this spring at the MIT Center for Real Estate for the Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) degree course entitled Real Estate Ventures II: Negotiating Leases, Financings & Restructurings. This is the third year that Marianne has taught these topics in this course which is designed to prepare students to negotiate the most important business issues within seven of the principal agreements a real estate developer/investor will negotiate in connection with the value creation, financing, and restructuring phases of a real estate venture.
