Kenneth Ehrlich presents on recent trends in Board governance at Wolf CEO & Board University

Kenneth F. Ehrlich, co-chair of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice group, presented at Wolf CEO & Board University’s program on October 15. Ken‘s presentation “New Board Members: Board and Committee Duties & Responsibilities” focused on the basic rules that apply to a director in carrying out his or her duties. The presentation discussed the Board level issues that a Board should pay attention to, and recent trends in Board governance, including topics such as whether a Board Loan Committee is appropriate, how Dodd-Frank impacts all banks and not just publicly reporting banks, and what decisions should be delegated and what should not be.
