Kenneth Ehrlich, co-chair of the Banking and Financial Services practice group, presented at the Massachusetts Bankers Association’s program “Directors and Trustees Fall Series: Corporate Governance.” Ken spoke on October 4th, 12th and 18th, in Woburn, Dedham and Springfield respectively, on the essential elements of a sound governance program for banks and bank holding companies. A total of two hundred bank directors, trustees and senior bank officers attended the three programs.
