Jonathan L. Kotlier and Ian Roffman, partners in the Litigation Department and members of the Securities Enforcement and Litigation and Government Investigations and White Collar Crime practice groups, served as moderators at the Boston Bar Associations’ Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program “Recent Developments, Trial Strategies and Getting to a Non-Prosecution Agreement” on April 4.

The program included three panels featuring attorneys from the SEC, the U.S. Attorney's office, private practice, and a U.S. District Court judge. The panelists reviewed recent SEC / DOJ trends, explored strategies to take in the courtroom, and provided helpful approaches for practitioners representing clients under investigation, when indicted, and during appeals.
