Jonathan Kotlier and Ian Roffman, members of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, participated in the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program “Securities Fraud 2010: The ‘New Deal’ at the SEC, Insider Trading, and a White Collar Trial” on April 6. The annual program discussed current issues and hot topics of the SEC. Jonathan served as moderator of the panel “Securities Fraud Enforcement – the New Deal” and Ian served on the panel “Insider Trading Enforcement in the Post-Galleon Era – Changes to Think About.”
