The Boston Business Journal recognized Nutter as a stand out law firm on associate satisfaction. The article reports that while many midlevel associates are the unhappiest they’ve been in six years, according to the annual survey from The American Lawyer, Nutter continues to top the national rankings for a third consecutive year. Michael Mooney, managing partner of Nutter is quoted in the piece: “Who knows what the magic solution is,” [he said]. “We do certain things that must be working. We truly have a culture of mutual respect around here. We look at an associate here as a colleague, a lawyer, a member of the team ... and a lot of things flow from that.”
