Boston Business Journal Reports on Seth Berman Joining Nutter as Partner

Seth Berman has joined Nutter as a partner to lead its privacy and data security practice group, reported the Boston Business Journal. In the article, “Nutter law firm nabs new leader for data security group,” Seth discussed how he would like to build up the firm’s expertise in helping companies respond to cybersecurity incidents. In addition to his leadership role on the privacy and data security group, Seth is a member of Nutter’s white collar defense group. Seth is also a visiting lecturer at Harvard Law School, where he teaches a class on cyber criminal law and procedure.
