The Boston Business Journal recognized Nutter’s top ranking in associate satisfaction for the unprecedented fourth consecutive year. The article reports that while many midlevel associates were busier last year, their satisfaction rate dropped to its lowest number since 2004. According to the annual survey from The American Lawyer, Nutter continues to top the national rankings for associate satisfaction and earned the highest score in eight categories, including level of interest in work, work satisfaction, interaction with partners, associate relations, fairness of evaluations, collegiality, knowledge management and overall rating of the firm as a place to work.
