Ian Roffman, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, was the featured speaker at the "Transaction Risk Management and Litigation" session on September 15, which is part of the Association of Corporate Counsel's (ACC) program on Risk Management & In-House Counsel. The session focused on how in-house counsel can reduce the risks of their company's deals - before, during and after they close and how to improve results and reduce the overall costs of liability claims and suits.
