Ian Roffman presents at BBA’s program “Introduction to SEC Investigations”

Ian Roffman, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group and a former senior trial counsel for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, presented at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program “Introduction to SEC Investigations” on September 14. The program discussed the structure of the SEC Enforcement Division; how SEC investigations are initiated, conducted and concluded; and how to handle document collection and production, including particular areas of SEC concern.
