Jonathan Kotlier and Ian Roffman, members of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, participated in the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program “Securities Fraud 2009: Madoff, Trials, and the SEC's View on Enforcement” on February 10. Jonathan served as moderator for the panel “SEC Enforcement – Changes to Come?” and Ian, a panelist and former senior trial counsel for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, provided insights as to what lies ahead for the SEC’s Enforcement Division.
