Jonathan Kotlier and Ian Roffman, members of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, presented at the Ethics & Compliance Officer Association’s (ECOA) 2008 Annual Business Ethics and Compliance Conference on September 26. Jonathan and Ian, two former government lawyers, discussed recent DOJ and SEC enforcement actions against attorneys and compliance officers and offered insights about avoiding mistakes and minimizing the risk of personal liability.
