Nutter announced today that Liam T. O’Connell has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department and as a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group.

“Liam’s expertise and insight in labor relations and his depth of experience with collective bargaining and union organizing will significantly contribute to our already strong practice,” said Michael Mooney, the firm’s managing partner. “The labor and employment landscape is changing rapidly and Liam’s perspective will be a valuable resource to our clients.”

Liam has represented employers on a regular basis in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitration, union contract administration, union organizing campaigns and avoidance, labor injunction proceedings, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
