Dani Santucci, a partner in Nutter’s Private Client Department, will lead a CLE program exploring federal tax aspects of trusts with foreign connections for the Boston Bar Association. The program, “U.S. Tax Issues for Trusts with Foreign Connections,” will discuss principal U.S. tax issues affecting settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries of trusts that have both U.S. and foreign connections.
