Melissa Sampson McMorrow, chair of Nutter’s Tax Department and co-chair of the Nonprofit and Social Impact practice group, will be a featured speaker at the Boston Bar Association's webinar, "New from Washington: Likely Legal and Compliance Changes under the Biden Administration and Key Provisions of the New Stimulus Bill" on January 28, 2021. Melissa and fellow panelists will discuss actions the new administration has taken and might take with respect to prior administration executive orders, pending regulation, and the like that affect higher education, and key provisions of the new stimulus bill of interest to colleges and universities.
