Maximizing Loan Forgiveness: How to Calculate Your Way Through the PPP
Print PDFUpdate – June 19, 2020: On June 16, the SBA released two new forms of forgiveness application, which we discuss in more detail in our alert on June 18, 2020. As a result, we have updated our Loan Forgiveness Calculator.
The PPP Loan Forgiveness process will commence soon. Please join Shannon Zollo and Josh French of Nutter (authors of our loan forgiveness calculator) and Bonnie Simmons of Citrin Cooperman for a discussion regarding how to apply for and maximize PPP forgiveness. We will cover key questions, certain proposed additional changes to the PPP, and also walk through an example of how attendees can use the calculator to maximize their forgiveness amount. There will also be a Q&A session with the audience to address other issues pertaining to the forgiveness process not covered by the panel.
