Chris Lindstrom, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, will offer an update on non-compete agreements at an ABA webinar on August 13. During the webinar, titled "Non-Compete Update and Practical Guidance for 2020," Chris will look into recent case law and legislation, while also summarizing some of the traditional non-compete standards. In addition, the program will provide practical guidance on enforcing and defending non-compete situations in the employment context.
