Elizabeth Myers, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department, and Tracy Vitols, a partner in the Tax Department, will serve as panelists at a female founder-focused event taking place as part of Boston Tech Week.

In collaboration with How Women Invest, a venture firm and sister entity to How Women Lead, a professional network of 24,000+ women, Nutter will co-host a panel titled “The Fine Print That Matters: What to Get Right from Seed to Scale,” a conversation on building and scaling a company the right way. From company formation and team compensation to regulatory hurdles and growth-stage strategy, this panel covers the critical legal and financial milestones every founder needs to understand.

Join fellow founders, top legal experts, and venture capital investors for an open, supportive conversation spanning everything from your angel round to Series B. Whether you’ve already closed your round or are just kicking off your raise, this is a space to learn, connect, and support one another.

This event is part of Boston Tech Week, presented by a16z, bringing together the top founders, companies, and funds from around the globe. Held May 26–31, the inaugural Boston Tech Week features 80+ founding hosts representing the best of Boston tech and beyond.
