Print PDF

Will Bernat, co-chair of Nutter’s Emerging Companies Group and co-lead of the firm’s Food and Beverage group, will present about best pitch practices at The Capital Network’s “Venture Fast Track: Fundraising Bootcamp for Early Stage Entrepreneurs.” Will will address best practices for after the pitch, including how to sell and run a company during due diligence, deep dives, and term negotiations. In addition, Will and Steve Saunders, co-chair of Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department, will participate in the Entrepreneur-Mentor lunch, which provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to ask questions and receive advice from experienced entrepreneurs, strategic professionals, and early stage investors who are active supporters of New England’s entrepreneurial community.

The Capital Network’s Fast Track Boot Camp for Early Stage Entrepreneurs is an intensive, interactive full-day seminar designed to provide entrepreneurs and innovators an in-depth understanding of what it takes to raise early stage capital.
