Rosenblatt, a partner in the Business Department and co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Finance group, moderated the “Bundled Transactions: Doing Your Due Diligence Pays Off in the Long Run” panel at the Annual Convention of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) on October 23. The panel discussed how increasingly complex equipment, sophisticated end-users and competitive finance markets create new opportunities and challenges to engaging in bundled transactions -- transactions combining equipment finance with collections for services or other goods.
