Philip R. Rosenblatt, a partner in the Business Department and co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Finance group, served as moderator and lead speaker on the “Unitranche Transactions: Different Yields for Different Folks” panel at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) 53rd Annual Convention on October 21. The panelists, including John G. Loughnane, a partner in the Business Department, discussed how Unitranche transactions can expand deal flow by tailoring different yields to different risk tolerances while creating new strategies to co-venture along the risk spectrum.
