Nutter hosts TMA program on growth and restructuring issues

Nutter is hosting the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) – Northeast Chapter’s session “Tales from the Trenches: Growth & Restructuring Issues in a Life Sciences Company” on Tuesday, October 15.

John Loughnane, a partner in the Business Department at Nutter serves on the Board of Directors for TMA – Northeast and co-chairs the group’s Education Committee which organized the session. The panel has been designed to bring unique perspectives and timely information to life sciences executives seeking to grow their companies. The panel includes Nikki Hadas, vice president and general counsel, OvaScience and Michael Nowlan, senior managing director, FTI Consulting who will discuss how to manage the practical issues that a life science company confronts during its growth cycle. The panel session will be immediately followed by a networking reception.
