Nutter Hosts INTA Roundtable on the Madrid ProtocolPrint PDF
Nutter will host a global group of trademark attorneys for a roundtable entitled, “Navigating the IR Waters So You Won’t Drown” on June 21. Sponsored by the International Trademark Association (INTA), Pat Concannon, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Business Departments, will serve as host. The program will address the pluses, minuses, and best practices for managing international registrations through the Madrid Protocol.
INTA is the global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce. The Association's member organizations represent some 30,000 trademark professionals and include brand owners from major corporations as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises, law firms and nonprofits. There are also government agency members as well as individual professor and student members.
