Jeremy Halpern Presents on Growth Strategy at HUBweek’s Demo DayPrint PDF
Jeremy Halpern, a partner in Nutter’s Business Department and the Director of Business Development for the firm’s Emerging Companies Group, will present at HUBweek’s “Chamber Leadership Corner” on September 30. The program features interactive workshop sessions which provide attendees an opportunity to sharpen their skills, perfect their pitch, and grow their ideas. Jeremy’s session, “Growth Strategy,” will focus on creating a plan to take a company to the next level and understanding the key components required. Topics include rapid learning, understanding the market, testing business hypotheses, and the difference between raising capital and growth capital.
The event is part of HUBweek’s “HUB Presents: Demo Day,” a showcase and convening of over 100 of the highest impact startups and companies in Greater Boston’s innovation ecosystem. Massachusetts startups in health care, technology, clean tech, biotech, social enterprise, food, consumer and retail, and hardware will showcase their companies for a full day at the Hynes Convention Center, and 32 will pitch head-to-head to demonstrate their impact or potential impact.
