Ian Roffman, a partner and chair of Nutter’s Litigation Department, Jonathan Kotlier, a partner and chair of Nutter’s White Collar Defense practice group, and Seth Berman, a partner and leader of Nutter’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, will speak at the inaugural Boston Bar Association White Collar Crime Conference on January 18. The full-day conference will feature interactive breakout sessions, high-level keynote discussions, and in-depth examinations of recent cases and developments in health care fraud, securities enforcement, FCA, and more. Jonathan is on the Advisory Committee for the conference, which Nutter is sponsoring.
Jonathan and Seth will moderate panels on securities enforcement and cybercrime, respectively. Ian will serve on a panel that discusses the anatomy of the SEC v. Present trial.
