Mary T. Nguyen

Mary T. Nguyen is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She has over a decade of experience in drafting sophisticated estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, advance health care directives, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. In addition, she has represented trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in numerous probate and trust administrations throughout California.

Mary is active in several professional organizations, including:

• American Bar Association, diversity law clerk, Business Law Section at Delaware Court of Chancery; judicial intern, Section of Litigation at Alameda County Superior Court
• Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, former co-chair, Education Committee
