Katelyn Youssef

Katelyn Youssef is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. She advises clients on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and the administration of charitable trusts and foundation. Katelyn represents individuals and fiduciaries before the probate courts, Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and the Internal Revenue Service.

Katelyn is a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Tax Law Updates Committee and has written publications for the BBA’s Tax Law Updates Blog and the BBA’s "Trusts & Estates Year in Review."

During law school, Katelyn earned a concentration in estate planning while pursuing her LL.M. in taxation. She was also a staff member of the International Law Journal and received the Dean’s Award in Introduction to Federal Income Taxation.
