Will Bernat, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and co-chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies practice group, authored an article for Law360 that outlines the financing landscape for food and beverage companies in 2018. In the article, “A Guide to Financing Food and Beverage Companies in 2018,” Will elaborates that as investment dollars continue to flow at staggering rates, high-growth food and beverage brands now have the opportunity to think strategically and creatively about which investors they take investments from and the structure those deals take.
